I recently traded markers with someone here on the nation. I shipped it priority, insured, with signature confirmation. they have attempted to deliver it a few times to no avail. I know they will only attempt a few more times then ship it back to me. If that happens, how should I proceed. I dont feel I should have to pay another $20 something to ship him out this stuff priority insured etc since I already did it the first time. I also do not want to get a negative feedback because he wasnt there to pick up the package. Would I be out of line to tell him he is responsible for shipping cost the second time around if it gets returned?

This is exactly why the first rule of BST is to get complete contact info. Most "bad" deals get off track because of poor communication. Hopefully he gets it before it is sent back. If he doesn't, you two need to work it out.
