I recently traded markers with someone here on the nation. I shipped it priority, insured, with signature confirmation. they have attempted to deliver it a few times to no avail. I know they will only attempt a few more times then ship it back to me. If that happens, how should I proceed. I dont feel I should have to pay another $20 something to ship him out this stuff priority insured etc since I already did it the first time. I also do not want to get a negative feedback because he wasnt there to pick up the package. Would I be out of line to tell him he is responsible for shipping cost the second time around if it gets returned?
Contrary to what you may think, you are absolutely responsible for what you ship no matter what you think or say. You do not ship with signature confirmation and insurance good luck to you if it gets lost in mail. Buyer can do a charge back on paypal with no proof of receiving.
