So if anyone is interested; I still have some bowling pins for sale. 4$ a pin; 10 for 25$. Unfortunately, it's about 40$ for shipping via fedex's cheapest rates, but that's 65$ for 10 pins. Let me know if you are interested.

Yeah it seems like everything is slowing down(or the manufacturers are catching up) and prices on local forums aren't as high. I don't think there are many people lining up at stores in the AM either.

Ahh I see. I've only been to CS a handful of times with friends. Seems like a fun town for someone my age.

I need more guns to fill this safe.

Most of our ammo isn't in the pic. I haven't finished organizing everything.

6.8 will be complete tomorrow. Plan on zeroing that, my 16" AR, and the Saiga this weekend.
Should I leave the bipod on my other AR or take it off? I feel like all it does is add dead weight to the end of the gun.

I like it on the target gun you've got. It adds some weight, but I think it certainly helps with shooting off of that table.

So the guy in the apartment beneath them was cleaning his gun, and forgot to clear the chamber, fired it upwards, through the ceiling/floor, through a chair, where it was embedded in the bottom of this table. They called the cops and the guy was charged with unlawful discharge. Fortunately, no one was hurt.

forgot to clear the chamber ? classic.

Quick question- how do you clean a gun without racking the slide or removing the cylinder?
Sounds like the ****er was just a dumb****.

I'll just keep it on there. It's already going to be heavy. I'll let you know when I get the ammo shipped, Xan. Should be tomorrow or Wednesday.
Every time I pick up a gun I rack the slide, break the barrel over, etc. to make sure it's unloaded.
Friend on fb is flipping out because one of the security guys at the gun store where Piers Morgan was speaking put his finger on the trigger when he father was driving up there. I guess he was going up there just to watch the interview or something, I'm not really sure. Said there were lots of people in tactical gear walking around(which shouldn't be a surprise).
I'm pretty sure the place holding the interview also supported the ban of online ammo sales.

I have been offered a 7.5" Ruger Super Blackhawk .44 magnum, belt/holster, 75 rounds, and $150 for my Mossberg 930spx. I am going to take it. The Blackhawk is not my style at all, but I do enjoy large caliber revolvers, so I think I will have some free shooting with that ammo while I list the gun around and trade it up.

Picked up a couple boxes of Golden Bear 168 gr SP in .30-06 today for $14 a box, anyone ever use golden bear before? I've used brown bear in my mosin for hunting but I've heard the golden bear is a little better. Seems to have a copper plated steel case and is a bi metal bullet. Will this effect the longevity of my barrel/gun?
