How bad is the leak?

If your HPR and LPR were correct, you would feel resistance trying to push the bolt forward. If your HPR was supplying the correct pressure but your LPR was too low, the bolt would stay forward.

If you can push the bolt back and forth easily, you are not getting enough pressure from your HPR, which is caused by:

A - front mount on/off
B - hyper regulator
C - on/off asa
D - tank

Can you feel any air coming out of the bolt, or is it coming from around the bolt?
Did you rebuild the entire marker, then it started leaking, or was it leaking, so you rebuilt the entire marker?

Sounds like the LPR might not be installed correctly, but its hard to tell without seeing the gun.. In my opinion your best bet would be to send it in to Dye.
