Ok I'm new to the MQ community and need help with a leak from my mq2'd pump... The leak has happened to me twice, once was a couple weeks after I bought it and than it went right back to normal... Than a week later the leak came back but much worse and I've taken it apart multiple times to no avail... Any ideas on how to fix it? I've heard that when you take them apart you have to let it dig a new notch in the piston but it seems like its taking way to long if that's the case... All help is appreciated because the leak is loud and drains my tank very quickly

MQ valves suck..

You need to screw with the reg pressures. Your reg might be spiking, might not have an oring in properly, might not have enough pressure to seal the body to valve.. Etc..

Yea I goofed with the pressure from my hpr and I got it to the point where the leak is the least severe but it still leaks pretty bad... I'll double check my orings but I am using a cp reg so it shouldnt be it not sealing properly because of insufficient air pressure
