NT11 Problem!

Alright so I have a BWNT11 that seems to have a little leak that I need fixed soon. Its leaking around the trigger between the body and the grip frame. I suspect the solenoid area. Things Ive done:
Reset reg pressure (leak starts about 1/2 turn out on velocity adjuster from all the way in)
Relube entire bolt
Replace spool bumper
Replace spool spring
Replace reg seat
Replaced spool orings
Replaced plunger orings
Replaced battery
Reset board

Also, it will shoot but only when the reg is about 4 turns out from flush, but the leak gets stronger as I increase reg pressure.

Tried all this, still nothing. I forgot to mention the leak started after replacing the reg seat (it was very worn and made the gun shoot inconsistently). Before I had replaced the seat it shot fine with no leaks, now it leaks pretty noticiably. I put the green insert in and it seemed for some reason to slow the leak down. Really confused by this.

Do you have another noid pilot? Mine stared to leak like that when it was goong bad. Sometimes it would and sometimes
It wouldnt. When it is leaking from the frame look in the breech and see if the bolt is half foward

I don't know if you are still having issues with leaking out of the trigger, but it sounds like it would be the noid. There is no way for the bolt to leak into the grip frame it is sealed off from that area.

It could possibly leak out of the front of the bolt and somehow, in a nearly impossible fashion, be routed along the eye wire channel into the grip frame, but this is probably for all intents and purposes, impossible.

How many turns out do you have the regulator set at? The noid will release pressure when it receives too much air.
