"Cold" ASA Leak

My POPS ASA is fine when I air up and when I'm shooting a moderate amount, but when I'm really throwing ropes, and it gets cold, it starts to leak. I can't reproduce it without banging out a hopper at 20bps. HELP!

Or simply relube the o-rings and see what it does.
Also, what are you shooting 20 bps for? There should be no need for it.

I bought a bag of paint today and shot until it leaked. This took a little less than a full pod. It's not the ASA, it's the tank regulator. I have a crossfire 68/45. The air was coming from a small hole right beside the fill nipple. I'm guessing this is a safety blow-off, but why does it take so few shots to activate?

Your regulator needs to be serviced if anything.
If you're constantly shooting your marker to the point your reg is dumping air that fast it's going to cause it to cool down. When it cools down the o-rings contract much faster then the metal piston or regulator body. This is what's causing your leak.
If this was happening during normal play conditions and strings of paint then it would be more of a concern.
