I don't think I know anyone who has never gotten sick from hookah if theyve smoked it. Easy way to get a **** ton of nicotene especially if you smoke more than one bowl.

If you used insta light coals and didn't let it burn off the chemicals prior to beginning to smoke, you will inhale that chemical

I've only gotten sick once from hookah and it was from smoking unwashed tobacco (higher nicotine content), and it was on an empty stomach |

I don't even like hookah that much, I smoke cigs though so its kinda like the hookah doesn't have that buzz it use to back in the day. Only smoke hookah at the hookah bars with some bros. Vodka hookahs are good though, but you have to be 21 to try those  they just replace the water with vodka not really sure it does a whole lot but with a few captains with coke you start to feel it.  |

There are a lot of hookah supplies that are good. nakhla is not bad, layalina is hard to find, very few stores carry it . Starbuzz is good but overpriced. alfakher is good and priced fair.Just my thoughts. www.ugothookah.com |
