cost varies quite a bit.
One track day up here in new england is 200-250 per day.

depends on the track ive done days as low as 90 and some like barber or road atlanta are around 300 a day

I'm six foot and only 140...I feel like a rolling missile on my liter bike.

Protein shakes don't make you gain weight. It just supplements your body with what you need to build muscle providing you even lift.
I'm 6'2" and have always been skinny my whole life. I think I was 165 at some point before I started lifting. Now with proper diet I can get as high as 205 and as low as 175 when I want to. Going for 215 this winter.

I was 6'4", 160 when I went to basic. 195 when I tore my knee up and got sent home 6 months later. Now 225. Beer drinking steak eating in college living off my gi bill made me a fatty.

I thought I was doing good at 5'7" 135ish, I wish I had the money for a bike. My size seems like it would be a decent advantage over some riders I see. Just lacking that pesky experiance and talent stuff.
