Do you just notice it when you look at it or run your hand over the spot or do you notice it when you ride? Unless its a huge flat spot I'd assume it wouldn't be a problem. It'll probably even out as you ride.
If you can figure out the day you went to court, there will be a court docket for the day. There will be a record of everything that happened that day. Best to take care of it than to ignore it. If you ignore it it's only going to be worse. Then on top of the original issue, they'll add extra charges for failure to surrender.
You could definitely see it, but I don't think it rode funny at all... felt fine.

Karl- as far as I know massachusets will not title any vehicle that had "offroad use only" on the title.
Ohio is the same way.
On another note, UTVs are next to impossible to get a street title for as well. I have read some people finding loopholes and there's a very very small handful of street title'd UTVs. If it was easy, I'd love to have one to rip around in.

When we were visiting my gf's family in AZ they had a street legal rzr. ripping down the street at 50mph was pretty sweet.
I'm gonna lose it with the next female that tries to merge into me. One just almost sandwiched me between her and a parked 18 wheeler, and i wasnt even in her blind spot and i was accelerating so i know she heard me and saw me. All i did was slap her mirror to get her to stop coming over and she flipped me off , ****in ignorant ***** I should have kicked her door in

Yall are real damn aggressive riders, some of you. People in cages are generally not going to pay attention to other vehicles on the road, especially not ones with fewer than 4 wheels. Try riding a bicycle. People are even more inconsiderate of those.
finally went to court over my ticket for avoiding an intersection. They dropped it to parking on pavement, $25 fine, no points on my record/no moving violation.
