Played last weekend without issue but went to play today and got 1 shot off and the bolt was just sitting right before the barrel it detached from the ram shaft. Not sure what to do I have tried a lot to clip it back on but it just falls right off

Make sure the slot on the bolt isn't broken. If any part of it broke off it won't hold correctly.

Bingo just saw that the shaft has a chunk chipped off in the bolt. Can blast sell me just the shaft?
