Yeah, one owner was a big part of me picking my STI. I got lucky with mine. One owner, older guy, sold it to buy a bigger house. All parts installed were made by Cobb and installed by some shop in VA. Definitely well maintained.

Nice. I could have waited around and found something like that or talked him down but the fact he was willing to hold the car for a month with only 300 down, I figured it fair.
The biggest thing was the interior. I really can't do all that much project wise anymore so the fact everything I wanted to do was done already, but biggest was 1 owner/low miles.
I got my last one for 16k with a ton into it, but it was a hack job.
