I had no clue where you were at, and didn't imply you were stuck where you were.

I said my personal intentions were a 650 unless I got stuck. It's my understanding you won't need that high for what you're aiming for, based off what I've seen from other builds.

You're still aiming for 370-400, right?

Are you top feed though?

My tuner doesn't like DW injectors. They're alright in his eyes. He is a huge fan of Fuel Injector Clinic and I will be running 1000cc in my 08.

Awk I'll let you know how I like those injectors but I already know they'll be baller

Ahaha Jr wants me to go there for my dyno tune, because Tach was hit by Sandy, and I asked him where else we could do the tune. While Tach itself is okay after the hurricaine, I don't know how the rest of the Oceanside area is (like hotels and such). I'll have to figure things out.

EDIT: Just read something that said Oceanside may not have power back until after Thanksgiving Seems that the entire area got hit pretty bad. Can't imagine what it's like for residents

Yeah, my 550s are my bottleneck right now in the low 300s.

I had FIC 1000s on my Wagon. They were great. I'm hoping to find ID injectors for a solid price. Either way, I'm on the hunt for a Dom 2.5XTR.

Getting a brake package over an intercooler makes me sad

Edit: but it evens out since I'm getting a 73mm intake so I have a larger MAF which is needed so I'm not at a total loss. I need to stop so having good brakes will benefit ms overall.

Yeah brakes are useful

So it appears I've got a boost leak past 23psi (if i over boost). BPV maxed out maybe?

So you guys are saying for e85 you should have at least 1000cc? I'm not awake yet, if so is that for running e85 or good to a certain amount of hp?

Google says stock injectors are 560cc, and that E85 requires 1.47 times the fuel, so 1.47*560 = ~820 to be comparable to stock in that aspect.

Maybe I'll switch them out.

I'm having the 93 tune redone as it was just thrown on there to drive in case e85 wasn't available. Plus he said he was getting about 13mpg on e85

not sure what mpg i'm getting because i'm pretty sure the gauge isn't calculating right...or i'm averaging over 23 mpg despite pulling and playing

I was getting low 20s as well on my EJ205. I doubt I'd be so lucky on my 257 in the STI.

Really depends on how much power you want to make. More power needs more fuel. More fuel means bigger injectors (assuming you're maxing out your current injectors).

I'm running 850cc injectors on e85 and I have plenty of room left to work with. There's no set number. A stock WRX can make a good gains on e85 with just a fuel pump, ~550cc injectors and a tune. 06+ wrx's can make good gains with just a tune. My brother's 06 is stock and he gained about 60whp from just tuning for e85.
