Test drove a 2013 basic BRZ today.
Oh god.
I can easily get rid of a turbo'd car and go with that thing. It's so comfortable, sexy, and handles pretty amazingly.
The only thing I would have to get used to is the hydraulic clutch. But everything is so smooth. The shifting is amazing and the handling feels like your tires are made of superglue.
Definitely want a premium model with fog light, rear spoiler, rear diffuser, and leather/alacantra seats

Although may as well grab a 6266 if you're going to go that route

Ugh... I really want this ETS TMIC to help round out my build. But I need to be responsible so I am buying a brake kit instead because I need new brakes and rotors. Anyone know of a place that sells a similar kit but cheaper?
http://www.rallysportdirect.com/Brake-Upgrade-Kits
Also, anyone know of some good dust free or minimal dust pads?
EDIT: my birthday is next monday guys

edit 2: wink wink *footstomp*

Jr mentioned something about the boost controller. I'd imagine it was having some sort of trouble trouble holding the pressure, hence resulting in the fluctuating curve

Josh (Import Image) has that same package, but with front and rear Hawk HPS pads also, for the same price.
http://www.importimageracing.com/sto...package-2.html
Then he has a package without the lines for $645. The lines cost like $100 anyway, so you're not really losing much if you decided to get the package without them

Yeah I imagine that's a common problem. Wouldn't a hybrid controller give better control/consistency?
Mikey is helping me pick a turbo. This should be fun

I'm sure it would. I've heard some pretty good things about hybrid setups. Rock solid boost response and no spikes sounds awesome to me
Not sure what he's using for a boost control setup. I know on his 600whp tune he was on WG pressure, but I'm not sure what he's using on the 800whp tune. A standard Hallman Pro I'd imagine. Doesn't say on his build thread
Cough cough PRECISION cough

I should probably look into it for my car. Gotta finish the build first though!

Yeah it's not very expensive and there's a solid diy on nasioc I may give it a try too.
Ouch, that's gotta hurt. Hopefully I find a used fp green. Mikey is talking big turbos though.

47R with a 5.73 hotside
But honestly, I'd say a 30R would be a good way to go. Not super huge, but still plenty of room to grow if you decide that you want more power
