Not positive, but I think some Imprezas also had the speedo there.
Maybe the 9-2x and base Impreza have them like the picture, but then the 9-2X aero and WRX/STI have the tach in the middle.
Edit: I have no idea how I knew that but it seems to be correct.
Actually I can't find any 9-2xs with the gauges like the WRX/STI. But yeah, some Imprezas did have the speedo in the middle.

Nope. It is one of two Saabs that doesn't. I forget the other one that doesn't.
Except for the front end, steering rack, slightly updated rear end and a few other random interior/exterior things, the car is entirely a WRX.
I like them better than the WRX wagons of the same years as well. I would love to see an 09+ WRX/STi with the Saab front end. I don't think it's possible but damn I think it'd look good. There is one guy who took and made his 05 STi into a Saab front end, a sedan. It was cool except for the gay lights he had in the front.

Found a picture, can't find the build link to it.
I like how it looks with the sedan, I don't like how he did it.

You sure it's a 05 STI? It's missing the fender flares and different bumper, plus steelies that clear Brembos? I know CVR steelies clear but those don't look like them. Plus it has a sun roof. |

And I am getting a HUGE amount of rattle from my transmission. Seems to be coming from the clutch. So could be clutch/flywheel/pressure plate. Rattles like a BEAST under throttle, zero throttle but in gear (as in down shifting to slow down), but no rattle when idling and when moving and not in gear. I am thinking its the flywheel but I am not sure. What do you think causes this?
Also, car randomly threw an oil light. on and then off in like 2 seconds. I have no idea why my car hates me right now. I am about to call my insurance and say the car is still ****ed up and I want to take it to a dealership for inspection. Since they closed my case I think I will have to pay but idk...
thoughts on the problem?

I was guesstimating. IIRC it was an 05, I'm probably wrong. It may not have even been an STi? I just found pics, not the thread for it.

Sounds like the rattle my car makes from the tranny area. Thought it was my flywheel and clutch. Replaced both and still have the rattle. Now it's thought to maybe be somewhere in the differential.
If you ever find out what the rattle is, be sure to post about it.
