Geo 2 solenoid leak

It's coming from between the noid and frame, I've made sure its set correctly and tightened the screws evenly.I haven't seen any cracks in the gasket either, so any ideas on what it might be?

It could be a crack in the manifold. They can be so small you can't even see them. They are sometimes caused by tightening the manifold too much.

Have you taken the frame off of the gun and aired it up to pinpoint exactly where the leak is coming from? If we don't know exactly where the leak is its kinda hard to figure out what the issue is. If possible pics would help.

Yes and it's leaking right above the ball check. It seems when I air it up the solenoid pushes away from the frame a little bit in that area

Is it leaking from a small square like hole, or from around the seal of the manifold? If its leaking from the small square like hole my diagnosis would be a cracked manifold. I have had it on one if ny old markers and a new manifold took care if the issue

I ordered a new manifold so hopefully that's the problem, how do you remove the pilot valve?

It screws counter clockwise out. Try not to jerk it, or tighten too much when re installing.

Two of my friends had this same problem with their geos and both times it turned out to be leaks in the manifold.

You can remove the pilot by hand. It shouldn't be in there too tight, just be gentle when removing.

Post up if you get the issue taken care of. It's nice to hear validation that the advice I'm giving is/isn't helping
