no tears, some paint stains ( on back and straps) very minor see pics...can you see them?? really very minor...
Check out the pics ( velcro, stitching etc...) It comes with one sling point , front pouch and radio pouch which does not come with the vest if you bought new...all Spec Ops grade. and a two pod pouch for the front.
