This is what I have done on my fusions when the feedneck is really stuck in it, I usually stick a thin metal ruler that I have between the slots of the feedneck to get more leverage.
If its not to tight, I do what CA says and twist the feedneck out with the hopper. If it feels like to much pressure though stop, you dont want to break the neck of your hopper.
