Kneepads?

I've been looking at getting new knee pads soon and have been wondering about the pros/cons of the dye knee pads and the eclipse knee pads, the close ones look like they offer better/more cushiony padding, whereas the dye pads only have like a cm or two of padding.

I used to have the dye knee pads a few years back. They were very comfortable but caused me to sweat a lot behind the knee. I had to cut an opening for them so I wouldn't sweat as much. They were pretty comfortable but eventually started to tear apart after a while. I definitely got my moneys worth out of them though.

Recently, I purchased the eclipse knee pads. I haven't used them in a game yet, but I can say they are a lot more comfortable for me than the dye pads were. I've worn them around the house, done some knee slides etc. and they are sooooo nice. They seem to be very well constructed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

from personal experience, i've always found dye pads to be the most padded, but there fits are tight.

I will vote for eclipse knee pads, have been wearing the for about 30 hours in a big scenario game, slept in the car wearing them, and traveled a 9 hour trip still wearing them after the game, and they never slipped down, very comfortable and great padding!!
