PM8 LPR question

So I just got this PM8 and I decided to rip the whole thing apart and clean/re-lube everything. I took the LPR out and noticed that there was an extra shim. According to the manual and what I've read around here, the stack should look like this:

)()()()()()

Mine looked like this:

()()()()()()

The bold ones are the larger shims.

Has anyone else noticed this? I read on here that some people have to run their LPR at 4-5 turns out as opposed to the suggested 2.5-3. Could having an extra shim cause this?

Some came with 12, some with 13 and some with 11.
Having the extra shim could cause this, take out one. It will not creep, but try to see if you notice a difference during the day, it will be more inconsistant.
