So I need to change my living situation.
I am currently renting a room
I also own 42 acres that currently only has an old barn I have converted to meet code requirements. My business is housed in this building.
I at this point I am looking to either buy a new place or build on the land I own.
In addition to this I am about to expand and add an additional building for my business as I have run out of space in the 4 years I have owned this property.
So do I build two structures on my own land, buy a house on different land, continue renting?
