One player doesn't make or break Dynaty's entire roster. Paintball is a game of momentum and confidence and frankly Dynasty has all the skill but has lacked drive and momentum this entire year. I promise we'll see an all new Dynasty next year. Changes will be made in the offseason but it will not be disbanded.

On a different note. Great pick-up for damage another snake player that probably won't be used to his full potential.

Lucky is getting one nobody who has one breakout tournament that gives you that win. Lucky in a rebuilding year should be making finals once or twice on a few close games...RL has been consistent. Incredible coaching, incredible talent, incredible support = they're not going to feel the dip and thus it wasnt a rebuilding year for them.

what you're saying is not logical...if Dynasty was ranked #2 and RL was tied for 5/6 then yes, it would make sense to say that a rebuilding Dynasty will slip a few spots, but RL has not slipped at all. Nothing lucky about it, they're just that good as an organization.

Great pickup by Damage, and should be a great opportunity for Goldman.

The problem with Dynasty's future is not whether who they have now stops playing or not, but who do they currently have that they can rebuild with? They have not brought along any young killers that are just waiting in the wings for their chance to shine. It's Alex, Ryan, Yosh, & Ollie...just as it has always been. Where in their organization is the future?

I think you missunderstood me.
What i mean with lucky is that they managed to get 3 new guys that have played so consistent. All three. Thats rare. And they dont even train as much as JR did with the Russians.

But the lakers aren't just about the amount of titles. Their consistency, culture of attracting stars and being in Hollywood have given them a worldwide preception to even the casual fans. Celtics would have been in this catagory had they not been irrelevant post-bird (until recently). Even then, they cannot match the marketability/star power of LA during those times/currently.

Dynasty is similar: it's not about how many trophies they've won but rather what they've done as a whole to paintball, from consistency to having some of the best players (ollie lang), that gives them name recognition to those who are hardly familiar with the sport.

I think that the only reason they went out and poached Alex was to fill to the spot that Jacob Edwards left when he severely sprained his ankle and is questionable for WC. Great for Damage though.

Man, SO many people ready to rain on Dynastys parade, after a less than stellar season..... and none of you people that ever had the quality to step on the same field as them..... funny.

Dynasty will not go out like this, there is just no way..... the only way they quit after this season, is if they win Cup.... so let's collectively hope they don't.

Otherwise we'll see them back and stronger next year, with a very different personel mix, and quite possibly a different ownership structure (which is surely needed).

BTW, very good pick up for Damage, who now have a more varied mix on their snake side, and are able to move some of their more versatile players to different spots.
