Gen3 leak

The gun dosent leaks out of the barrel when aired up normally, however, once i use an allen key to hold the ram back, it stops. The ram slides forward when aired up, hitting the poppet and causing a leak. I have already checked the hoses that they are in the correct places. Anything i should check/replace? I have a feeling it might be a problem with the solenoid

i'm going to assume it's that sick *** a bomb in your sign? I would start with new o rings on the ram and poppet O ring, lube with dow 55. After that, while having the gun aired up, and half the frame off, hit the red button of the noid. That will manually cycle the gun, and reset the noid.

No its actually a russian legion. already replaced those. Now i just found that the solenoid is leaking. so now i have a leak down the barrel and a leak in the noid coming out of the valve body.
air going into the noid is 80 PSI according to gauge so, its not leaking because its underpressurized/over

Im waiting on ram sleeve seals on the a-bomb lol

The bolt should not go forward after airing up unless you have the hoses backwards.

Or the spool in the noid is stuck, in that case push the red over ride button on the aside of the noid a few tinges

Don't need power to override the noid.

If the noid was ever taken apart it may have not been put back together correctly.

Start with the basics.

- Check the poppet/cupseal and make sure the o-rings are in good working shape and that the cupseal isn't damaged. Replace your ram o-rings. Before installing them, soak them in Dow55 overnight to ensure a bit of swell and a tight seal. (I know you said you did this, but do it again.)

- I don't think this is the case, but just double check to make sure you don't have a punctured body.

- Check your hoses to make sure they're firmly attached to the barbs.

- Check your barbs to make sure they're fully tightened.

Now when you gas up the marker, back both regulators out to flush and then screw them in per the instructions in the sticky. As you're gassing them up see if your noid leaks or if you get spikes in the LPR. If the LPR's o-rings are acting sketchy you could be getting a situation where the input pressure into the noid is too high causing a leak. If you're getting leaks or stopping leaks when you move parts (i.e. the ram) it's more likely a problem with an o-ring compared to the solenoid. Very few issues actually turn out to be a problem with the noid. It's usually an o-ring in the marker somewhere.

just tried it,

still leaks from the hole that puts air to the bolt inside the body.
