i made 5 bucks on my way home from autozone. some guy was trying to push his car up the road alone while his girlfriend or female counterpart of some sort steered the car. pulled over jumped out and gave him a hand. made 5 bucks out of it. lol

Try for a grocery store near you, they usually hire under 16 as long as you're close to your birthday. If not, seriously go door to door with a lawn mower in your neighborhood and ask the elder if you can cut their grass for cheap, you'll make maybe $100 weekly.
