Something that we never really see much is people taking the time to thank someone for a job well done. Usually its a complaint. Well, I would like to take a second and thank Chris for spending his Saturday at Fox 4 paintball during the Minor league finals for fixing my Geo2.
He made sure that I would be a satisfied customer. He took the time to deduce the problem (manifold) fix it, and then also get the bolt squared away with new rubber. got shot well all day.
Thank you Chris. It's customer service like this that make e glad to be back in the Planet Eclipse family.
