I wash them in a mesh bag, maybe a little vinegar to kill the stank, air dry

i put all my stuff in the washer...do a medium load usually, and do cold water, add detergent...then AIR DRY...id recommend either putting them outside on a clothes line, or hangin them in the bathroom or something with a fan blowing on them

I throw my pads, jersey, pants, gloves, and any other clothes I was wearing when I played into the wash on gentle, cold. Then I hang them out to dry.
