This special force BOPE is from movie ELITE SQUAD? Are they real or fake? After i saw article on some site, i realized it seems they are really exists...

They are a real police force in Brazil, iirc, similar to our SWAT; however, since they are dealing with cleaning up Rio De Janeiro, they are a bit more 'elite' in status.

Would be like FBI HRT.

You are correct. They are very real and there was an MMA style event not too long ago, Shooto for BOPE I believe, and those guys are pretty legit. Wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of their tactics.
