I'm thinking a melee heavy assassin.
I have a feeling I'm not going to get any sleep between now and my shift tomorrow.

This.
My two roommates already called dibs on the Siren and Soldier, so I'm running assassin. Just need someone to run the Gunzerker and we'll be golden.

I'm seriously considering not playing until after work tomorrow for that reason.
Got it free with the new grapics card, kinda sucks that it doesn't count as the full pre-order thing.

My two buddies are getting it tomorrow (not midnight release) they're both at school. So I'm hoping playing by myself doesn't slow me down too much, and I can keep up with em till I get Internet tuesday.

If you haven't played Borderlands you should definitely get it during the next major Steam sale. It's around $7 for the GOTY edition.

Borderlands also has some great humor in it. I can't wait to see what kind of craziness goes on. I haven't seen any videos of Tanis so I can only hope they are cooking up a whole new level of crazy dialogue for her.
Then in a few weeks the Mechromancer comes out. Can't wait.

OH YES.
Also, GameStop had a cardboard gun making contest. I came in second to a guy who's gun gave blow jobs. Mine only gave free candy
Yes, the cylinder works.

i am so ****ing jelly of that loot chest.
also i'm just making my way through the tutorial missions now. my first drop is already awesome. a revolver that can shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger, complete with bad *** cocking animation.
edit: this game is awesome so far. every weapon i have come across has it's own distinct feel.
