i believe its case based, because when suspensions come out people at riot look how long they deserve to be banned for.

I've been banned four times but ive played so many games in between each ban and i think riot takes that into account. My longest ban has only been 6 days. Do your built up cases get erased once you get banned or what?

im guessing they look at it and say you only needed to be sent to the tribunal after a ton of games played. then they look what you got reported for, and they decide from there.

if they see maybe 10 rage games in 250 played they wont care too much, but if its maybe 10 rage in 100 theyll be more strict.

After playing a little I realized I dont really like the free to play champions that much. Im looking for a ranged, aa dps, carry. I'm contemplating buying Varus for that but I dont know if that'll be right or not.

If anyone could point me the right way that would be great.

Corki/Graves/Ez are the tier 1 carries.

The recent Corki and Ez nerfs weren't really that noticeable but I think here are better choices than Graves. Kog for sure and Trist has a better late game. MF's AoE is better in team fights.

i like varus, but if you make mistakes you will get punished since he has no escapes. if you get varus just remember when you hit e to pop your blight stacks, and you aa him again and get another 1stack blight off.

Varus is good but he needs some buffs for sure. He has no reliable steroid and no escape. He is good for his cc in team fights and poke. Usually your bruiser or support provides the AoE cc so there is no reason to sacrifice the escape and steroid for AoE cc. His poke is good but if you want poke go for cait, she has the escape and her traps are invaluable in lanning phase.

varus needs a support who can protect him, pairing him with a real offensive champ isnt the greatest because if they jump him you are dead.

ive seen all in comps with like varus/leona since he does have high damage with that e and fully charged q.

id also like to throw out the same sivir, shes such an underrated carry. her q/w has so much poke, so if you steal blue buff or have a raka you can outpoke any other 2 champs. plus her spellshield is easy to use to counter nunu, taric, blitz, and sometimes ali, leona, and sona.

and this doesnt even bring up the fact on how well she does in the late game with her passive giving such a huge position ability and a whole team steroid, she is probably the only one i can kite an olaf with because of her potential damage without stopping

leona has the cc to protect him though, you cant really play someone like soraka, lulu, even maybe sona with him because if they go in, unless you have a sona ult, he can get wrecked

I agree with just the overload of CC, but I think raka could work and have an extremely passive lane

i just played ashe today, i did fairly well... shes usefull in lower elos because people dont understand the importance of a strong engage

I only saw the first 2 games but TPA was outplaying them. What frost gets for cheating in there games

I think it's a code given to the people that were actually in attendance for playoffs/finals.
