Quick Xbox Question

So I have a launch day xbox 360 that just red-ringed for the third time, and now I think its finally time to put it to rest. So I want to get a new one, but I have some questions first.

I have $200 in gift cards to amazon that I can use, so I was hoping I could just get the 4gb version. But does that one have enough space if all I want to do is play multiplayer cod and bf3 and watch netflix? I don't really want to spend any of my own money since I probably will end up buying a ps4 or new xbox when they come out, so I'm hoping that this will be enough. Is there anything else I should know? It's been a while since I bought a console.

Not a chance if you want to pick up any DLC, or install anything to the hard drive in general. It would be enough for some patches, and a Netflix install but that's about it.
