My rigorous scientific study, after a long period of research, has concluded that roughly 50% of the population experiences this phenomenon.

Sort of. If I'm sick and go in and have a normal-above average day, I usually feel fine the rest of the day.

Went to the school gym for the 1st time today. Lax bros. Lax bros everywhere and they all train forearms only it seems. It must be dress code for them to wear mid-calf socks.

I was surprised how many of them are DYEL status for a D2 lax team. Srs when I say 1 kid couldn't do a full pullup without the frogger legs.
Did a ton of rows today since my middle back sucks.

Legs "power" day
Squat- 305x3x5 (glutes were sore as fuark after. Felt John Goodman)
BB curls- 60x5x8-6
Standing Bb calf press- 315x5x10-8
Leg press- 760x3x5-3
Ham curl- 210x3x5
To anyone who deadlifts-
When I DL I drag the bar up my shins and it tends to take out chunks of my skin on the way up. I've tried to remedy this on by wear long socks, in addition to wearing sweatpants, but this has only resulted in ripped pants, and cuts right at my knees.
Any suggestions? It is my form completely ****ed?

I WILL RULE YOU!!!
|
I finally moved into a new place and coincidentally right around the corner is an amazing gym. They mostly focus powerlifting, strongman and athletic training. I mean this place has everything. And my Achilles is almost fully healed now except for sprinting and jumping. But I need a new program where I can utilize this place to the best that I can. They seem to really harp on Wendler’s 5 3 1
6 month goals: Bench: 255 from 225 Squat: 315 from 205 (Achilles rupture really hampered lower body these past 6 months) Deadlift: 405 from 305 Run: 9:00 1.5 mile from ?? (ran a 9:30 1.5 mile in July) Are these goals too ambitious for a 6 month time frame?
