legs/bis

cliffs:
- preach curls (RP) - bar + 60lbs, 12-5-2
- squats - 215x5

time to up the weight again for preacher curls, 35s here i come
squats were a little tough but 215x7 next week shouldnt be a problem

also forgot to tell you guys that i RP'd weighted dips Monday with 15lbs AND STILL got really good reps, will be upping to +20lbs next time. weighted dips with a 25lb plate here i motha freakin come

about a month into bulking right now and im starting to get to the heavy weight on squats, bench, and shoulder press so im hoping for some really solid progression and a few PRs here in the coming weeks

ja. is suppose to be 40c/35p/25f but its normally more like 45c/30p/25f (thats percentages btw)

pretty sure ill be maxing my prone leg curl out this bulk too, only goes up to dam 165lbs, im at 135 right now and im trying 140 next week

good thing we also have a plate loaded kneeling leg curl at my gym, theres no way ill be maxing that out anytime soon

We have one of those, but I haven't tried it since I'm too lazy to do uni leg exercises

I'm done pushing legs till I cut, they're becoming a nuisance.

Cable curls- 3x10

Notes: My main movements felt fast today. My left elbow is getting a bit sore, so I did a few sets of curls, as they tend to help make my elbows feel better. Just went for a bit of a pump. Video to come.
