Little Mexican dude with a leopard print tattoo sniped my pulley while I was getting some water. Moments later, he proceeds to pick up the DBs I was about to use and do lateral raises right in front of the ****ing DB rack.

Almost raged, then I remembered that dude who used to post here with the same ****ty leopard print tattoo and laughed.

Yep. Had my roommate with me, helping me get form down (ex-powerlfiter). Back felt fine, like, zero pain what so ever and actually felt a bit better than usual. Maybe could've pulled 225...but wasn't going to test it.

...he pulled 385...he just got out of Ranger school like, 3 weeks ago lol. Damn him!

why not move deadlifts higher up in your routine? saving deadlifts for last just sounds like torture, even if it is only one working set

id add another iso side delt exercise

im a huge advocate of facepulls for dem traps too, maybe think about trying em

They are taxing and tend to make me nauseous, so I don't want them ruining the rest of my workout. Also I'm happy where I'm at with them, I just do them as "maintenance". I had back problems before lifting, which deadlifts have actually fixed, but I don't want to push my luck.

If I do try them, it will b when I bulk. Just trying to maintain my strength right now.

Tried I when I did DC and loved it. Also, my quads have become a nuisance, so I would rather put more emphasis on hams. And the whole nausea issue with heavy leg movements.
