Deadlifts - 1x2 - 295
Speed deadlifts - 8x3 - 235
Quick back circuit

Overall went well. Felt strong today. 295 was obviously not a challenge considering my max is much higher. Starting this routine off with my "ideal" max that I had before I dropped weight and lost some strength.

So you are doing the C/P program? Keep me posted. I'm considering doing an experiment in which I run the same program, but for all three lifts. I would likely add in a light squat and bench day as well.

Yeah I'm doing it. Not gonna lie I don't care for the whole circuit part but I'm giving it a try. All the percentages are off a max of 380, which I hit awhile ago, but my strength has gone downhill and I could only pull 345 the other week so if i can pull 380 again I would be pleased and say its working. If all goes well, I'll start another cycle of it and try to hit 405/415

Yeah, the weights are all based off of your "new 1rm". I don't think the circuit is really that necessary, although the actual movements it has you do should be beneficial. I would try it for a bit, and then decide if you want to keep it or not.

10/14- bench realization

Bench- 1x250
Shrugs- some x3@405
Face pulls- 5x10
Pullups- some x3
Neck work- 5x25 forward and back

Notes: Keeping intensity high while lowering volume on this phase. Working up to about 90% for a single each day, then whatever accessory work I feel like doing.

can anyone provide or link me to a good description/video of how to properly perform face-pulls/rear-delt rows?

bro wtf is a lemur bench, and 205 are you a girl? i hope thats kilograms bcuz ive know people who other than you dont need to eat and bench to get numbers a little lower than that of what you just did. maybe you pick another sport like tennis and play.

today i did lemur bench 405, felt good next week i do lemur bench 415 for 6 with pause, no spot, after run and natural.

Did 2min at 3.2mph and 2min at 2mph for cooldown and was still disoriented when I stepped off the treadmill, lol
