did not compute for me either, then i remembered that there are much shorter people in this world lol
this will be the first day in prolly a few months that i have skipped the gym because i didnt feel like it. but i still have decent leg doms from yesterdays legs/bis, today was suppose to be chest, then tomorrow i was gonna meet up with a co worker in between my double and go do a bro day at the new planet fitness. Before someone says anything about planet fitness, its brand new, and suppose to be the biggest in the country, so i want to check it out, and my friend has a black card so it wont cost me anything
but instead of doing 3 straight gym days of legs/bis, chest, then prolly bis/tris/and forearms im just gonna use today as a rest day and do chest/bis/tris tomorrow. then i might go deadlift Saturday and rest Sunday, then back to the normal ish

Deadlift 345 x 6
Deadhang Chinups +55lbs x 7
Weighed 180lbs
I've been doing LEMUR for Chest/Shoulders/Arms for the past few weeks. While it may be to early to tell, the pump and satisfaction after leaving the gym has been great. It may be my favorite routine in terms of enjoyment that I have ever done.

nice chinups! I weigh about the same, and I doubt I could get more than a double with 55# strapped to me(going for a double with 45 tomorrow).
I absolutely agree on LEMUR. The pump when leaving the gym is awesome, and I've seen a good deal of muscular development during my time on it.

Thanks. I think form has played a very important role in terms of progression for these. The minor tilt of the body really allows you to squeeze the back at the top. It's done wonders in terms of my serratus and lat development.
****load of pulldowns
Underhand rows 135x12x3
Single arm HS rows
Shrugs 225x10x2
Preacher curl machine 150x5x2 just doing the negative real slow
db curls
Any advice on the negative curl reps? I like the pump I get but I don't want to tear/pull/strain anything
EDIT: Also, trying to see 165 on the scale tomorrow!

Used Fatgripz today, completely changed my set/rep scheme.. used straps during 2 sets to pre fatigue main muscles, then used lighter weight and higher reps for fatgripz use.. felt like I was on my way to an epic back pump but just fell short and flat..
Also having a very hard time getting my biceps to respond to anything. Never a pump, no burn. They just fail

Was under the impression that fatgripz are suppose to be used for pressing movements. Also, you aren't focusing enough on using your biceps. Lower the weight and try again.

Fat gripz are generally marketed as a tool for pressing movements, but obviously they work both ways. I've thought about picking up a pair many a time.
