Hows everyone liking their geo3?

Hey guys i was wondering how you guys like the geo3 marker so far. is it too soon to tell? are you happy with it? if so explain why. if not please state your issues as well. ive been reading a lot of mixed reviews of the geo3 so i figured id make this a one stop unbiased review thread instead of shuffling through numerous reviews on the marker. thank you and keep this thread going.

I came from ego to Geo3 and I love it. I just shot it in the Vicious series this past weekend and it shot great.

So far I have had no problems with it and no ball breaks at all.

my geo3 went through 2 tournaments and 2 trainings so far and i'm completely happy with it. it was leaking from the solenoid a few weeks ago but still shot great and eventually fixed itself somehow
absolutely great gun, but i came from an etek3, so i'm easily impressed :p

I'm probably the odd guy out, but I play in the woods with mine. It works like a champ and is pretty quiet. Only issue I have had was the macro line connector got a little dirty and leaked, but a quick alcohol swab later and it was back at 100%.

The effenciency is pretty good as I can carry enough paint to last a multi-hour game.

It's a solid gun.

I really like my Geo 3, have come from an Ego 11. The shot is smoother and quieter. I have also noticed that the efficency is better than what I was expecting. I can get nearly 5 pods and a rotor off a 48/45 with a 3k fill.

Really pleased with it

I couldn't be happier... My previous set up was a luxe 2.0 for primary gun and ego11 for back up... I've moved on from the luxe because the geo feels smaller in my hands. I have played MAO and like 4-5 hard practices, I've yet to break a ball and have had zero issues running it on lowest solenoid setting

I love the Geo3. Many of our customers still love the Ego, and it is great, but I think the Geo3 is a step above.

Geo3, another big step.
Ive shot the geo2.1 last year and geo+ and all of the ego series before that. Only shot the ego11 a tournament.

With the reliable markes that eclipse make, spool feel, and very good efficiency the geo3 is really worth it (compare to a situation where you want to by a new high end). I was really happy with the 2.1 so really no reason to get rid of it. Have had a couple of barrel brakes, but pretty sure that was due to cold weather, tournament GI paint, and a very cold barrel after shooting a lot -not the marker it self.

Highly recommend it

As everyone else... Could not be happier with my GEO3. Have yet to chop a ball. As quite and smooth as I could ask for. But what else can I expect from Planet Eclipse.. Best buy by far.

The problem with luxe is you need a spare gun

anyone having issues with cold weather? im all about poppets, really skeptical about spoolies because the three that i owned were terrible. i play at least 2 times a week, alot of practices and the occasional outting into the recball games from. its getting colder(new york) but i'm really interested in the geo3- that being said i just want to know if cold weather effects them because i can run my poppet in an el nino in january and she'll stay rippin.

My primary since 06 has been DMs and I've absolutely loved them. Tried all variations of EGO and GEO2 & 2.1, stuck with my DM(s). One of my buddys is on 187, gave me his 3 for a couple points and I fell in love. Ball on ball, really effecient and smaller. I bought one the next weekend, have put 10K shots through it and just 1 broken ball, think it was the hopper and not the GEO. Long story short, I love it. With regards to cold weather (I'm in Mass), I figure it will be the same as my DM, just run a thinner layer of lube or find a less dense lube. You'll have to lube it more often, but my DMs never failed me doing that.

Always been a Ego owner. Shot the Geo, Geo +, and Geo 2 and never made the jump. The efficiency just wasn't there for me. Shot a Geo 3 and loved it. Just ran 3 cases through my new Geo 3 this last weekend and it was awesome. It is my new primary and has pushed my CSL to a backup roll. Just amazing marker!!!
