Seeing 20 deer is a common occurrence up there just driving around for a half hour before sunset. I think pretty much everyone I know up there has hit a deer at some point in the past 10 years.
I still want to do an elk hunt in CO.

they bring in snipers usually once a year and close down parts of the metro parks and they go to town around here. people protest and **** but the population is so out of control some years that a good portion of them would die of starvation in the winter anyway. plus they cause tons of accidents. in the mile from my place to the first main intersection there is usually at least 1 dead deer on the side of the road at any given time.

my uncle's business partner just went elk hunting in NM. **** was EXPENSIVE. he did some kind of big horn sheep hunt thing last year that he was trying to get in on for probably 15 years and that cost out the *** as well.
i just want to go to kansas and shoot quail. we have this great bird dog with some of the best training i have ever seen and she gets no use

We are the ones who took their land, deer shouldn't be killed because humans are over populated.

they should be killed when their population is exploding due to there being so much food from people's gardens. once winter comes they starve to death and spread disease. plus there are almost no coyotes or bear around here and they are too big for fox to take them so they have nothing to thin their numbers.

While Arkansas coach John L. Smith says quarterback Tyler Wilson is a game-time decision for Saturday against No. 1-ranked Alabama, sources told ESPN.com he will not play.

It wouldn't be cheap as I would do the whole guided hunt deal but who gives a ****.
There are a few pheasant farms we go to around Bellefountaine around Thanksgiving to work my dad's bird dog. Pretty decent time usually. Kind of funny watching new people wring a bird's neck though.

He got concussed against ULM last week. Duh, he's not going to play against Alabama. They'll start their backup QB and Alabama will win by about thirty or so.

my grandpa's chessy was originally trained for ducks and she is damn good. she was originally trained with some live quail when she was young and i want to see how good she is on dry ground. for quail and pheasant we used to use pointers but those have been gone for probably 10 years

He practiced Wednesday. Also, he had a "head injury" last year and played the next week.

My dad has had 3 German Shorthairs. First one was trained, the second one was worthless, and this one seems to have the instinct but is starting to get old. Might be interesting...

a dog that cant cut the mustard is the biggest pain in the *** ever. few and far between is the good bird dog these days. lucky for me my grandpa has been training attack/guard dogs and hunting dogs for over 60 years. even so we have still gotten some nutty ones.
i love german short hairs, i wish we had some. my grandpa always had english pointers iirc.

There is gonna be another riot tomorrow at PSU. BOT just did an open meeting and let people ask questions. The things the BOT responded with have people enraged.
There was already a rally for resignation scheduled, this just added so much fuel to the fire. I should go up tomorrow.
Here a student asked a question and the response from the BOT
