I've never been on an airboat or swamp tour, I feel like I've failed my people.

Even I've been on an airboat.
Saw gators and wild horses. Probably be on one next weekend when I go to Florida.

You think Cajun is abused? Think about how bad Texas BBQ is taken advantage of. I got in an arguement with a guy whose considered the foremost Texas authority on BBQ and shut him up about how it shouldn't be bastardized.

Nothing involving the words "North Dakota" that isn't followed by "seventh circle of hell" is completely inaccurate.

north dakota is a pretty cool dude when it comes to hockey and you know it.
there are good, little italian places scattered throughout the country but as a whole the south is a black hole when it comes to italian food.

Nice
Being up high is better for seeing what's going on, but I definitely get more of a rush being closer to the action.

I love good Italian. My mom and grandfather both make a killer goulash.
I also love prime rib. Best prime rib I've ever had is at the Red Osier Landmark. Check out the Call Cut

my neighbor went to University of North Dakota because their aeronautics program is crazy good. outside that i knew a couple other people that went out there for fowl hunting and that's it. if you like to hunt it is like a garden of eden, i guess.

wtf?! goulash is Hungarian son son. if one of the key ingredients is paprika chances are it is a Hungarian dish. that is another thing that drives me nuts, it is near impossible to get good peprika in the states unless you want to spend a small fortune and have some sort of specialty market near by

They don't make traditional goulash. I'll have to get the recipe as I'm not sure what they put in it.
