ALCAR is recommended 1-2g/ED, split into 2 doses.
Focust XT contains ~1g of ALCAR (or so speculated).
It's recommended to have ALCAR with a choline source and Na-R-ALA to help as an anti-oxidant; however, this seems to be only if you're going ED for 3-months at a time.
SOOOO PM, would you recommend Focus XT (stim free) x2/ED, or ALCAR on it's own (and do you really need Na-R-ALA if you don't go longer than 3 months)? I'm also seeing though that aside from anti-oxidative properties, its also synergistic.

Personally, I'd do XT one time daily
Alcar x2 1g daily
No need for Na-R-ALA, month on, few weeks off. If you feel it is necessitated, than you can incorporate Na-R-ALA

Where's the best price for Focus XT that you guys have found?
Trying to limit non-essential spending to <100/month(eating out, supplements, music purchases, games, etc). So the cheaper I can get the better.
