alright pirate, i've been taking 8mg Alpha GPC and 570mg Galantamine daily, for almost a week and a half now via capsules and have noticed some small differences but nothing major. Does it take a few weeks for the supps to build up in effects like some other nootropics do?
also noopept is on sale on smartpowders, would that be a good addition to my beginner stack? if not, what do you recommend? can only afford one or two more supps depending on price

im a very reasonable person, i dont expect miracles lol, was just wondering if the effects would increase because right now its hardly worth the money

There are only a few I would use if I wasn't studying/needing to focus to an extent.
I have to focus on a PC screen for 3 hours out of the day and design/build laser sources for the remainder. I find Alcar, Vinpo, Choline, Aniracetam and Sulb to help the most in that department.

Are you still taking phenylpiracetam?
I am not sure which it is, as I have always taken both simultaneously, but I can really tell a difference when I am on aniracetam and oxiracetam. Went the whole week without them, but just bought some more today.

So I talked with Lurker some but school is working me over. Its pretty much sun up to sun down 6-7 days a week and Im in the engineering school and learning a foreign language. Without talking about what me and Lurker went over, what could you point me to for helping with just student things. Better recall, the mental fog from long days/little sleep, focus, etc etc. You can imagine. Basically, a stack centered around school related stuff. Fitness is taking a hard backseat because if I pull off this next year or so, Im set.

I haven't been in a school setting in years
But a few favorites Ive heard from various members for schooling and whatnot tends to include a mixture of the following: Alcar, Choline Source, Aniracetam, Coenzyme Q10, Omega 3's, Tyrosine, PEA(With a MAO), N-Acetyl-L-Cytesine, Picamilon, Glucuronolactone, Sulb and a stimulant source (IE. Caffeine). Or they simply purchase Focus XT.

There is XT and XT Stim Free, only reason why timing would matter depends on if you buy the stimmed version or not.
