Loose weight fast?

Anyone know a good way to loose weight fast for paintball. I do bike 1-2 miles everyday, but does anyone know something a bit faster, because bicycling and running ect. don't seem to help me.

Eat less, all the exercise in the world won't help you if your still eating too much.

if you have a gym pass i would say spend at least and hour at the gym (or as long as you can) and have a set day when you do what exercise heres what i do

Monday: Chest and Biceps
Tuesday: Cardio (Treadmill, Stairmaster, Recumbent Bike (aka seated bike) , elliptical)
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Back and Triceps
Friday: Shoulders and Abs
Saturday: Cardio (with a mix of legs)
Sunday: Cardio (mix of everything)

And eat healthy food NO fast food or junk food

The main thing is you don't want to lose weight to fast if you do you can and will get stretch marks

PS: anything else you need let me know

Yep, I have so many stretch marks all over my body.

But then again, I went from 340 pounds to 170 in about 2 years.

6 packs are born in the kitchen, not the weight room! Eating right is the biggest component to losing weight, but you also need to work out to. Eating right doesn't mean starve yourself, you need to eat. Eating too little will actually cause you to not lose weight. I like to stay on a 2100-2400 calorie a day diet when trying to loose and 3300-3500 if trying to maintain. Remember, when your not drinking sodas and eating crap, 2000 calories is a lot over the course of the day!

Exercises and proper diet can reduce your weight. Aerobic exercises like walking, stairs climber, cycling and ellipticals are the best and natural way to lose weight. You should also concentrate on your diet .

For breakfast, try to stick to eggs or a protien shake.

Eat a salad for lunch(with a protein in it such as chicken or eggs).

For dinner, eat chicken breast or fish with greenbeans, asparagus or broccoli (preferably steamed)

Instead of drinking soda, drink water. Dont drink energy drinks, Gatorade or any suggary drink.

Try to speed walk or run on a treadmill/outside for atleast 30 minutes a day.

I lost 40 lbs in a little over 2 months using this method. Hope I helped

Edit: Make sure that you eat enough protien, otherwise you will be burning muscle instead of fat.
