For breakfast, try to stick to eggs or a protien shake.
Eat a salad for lunch(with a protein in it such as chicken or eggs).
For dinner, eat chicken breast or fish with greenbeans, asparagus or broccoli (preferably steamed)
Instead of drinking soda, drink water. Dont drink energy drinks, Gatorade or any suggary drink.
Try to speed walk or run on a treadmill/outside for atleast 30 minutes a day.
I lost 40 lbs in a little over 2 months using this method. Hope I helped
Edit: Make sure that you eat enough protien, otherwise you will be burning muscle instead of fat.
