64 1/2-73 Classic Mustangs
Just wondering who else is working on their classic mustangs
heres mine, a 66 coupe, was a 6 cyl, now a V8
main project, hard to tell what it is

why on earth would you include the 71-73 pos's

no the 71-73's were just as bad as the mustang 2's they took hp away and added 1000lbs to the damn cars.

the 71 boss 351 was still one of the fastest, post what you have by the way of a classic, or do you just want to argue?

no it wasn't, it couldn't hold a candle to any of the boss cars/shelbys or big block cars from the 67-70 range, which were all 600lbs lighter than that fat turd.

looks like lotsa work kenny, i just have a couple patch pieces in the shock towers on top. nothing major, most of the major stuff will be in the quarters

well at least the shock towers didnt collapse, i have seen a couple guys have that problem

Since the engine shop has decided to take over a month longer than expected there's not much else that can be done at the moment so it looks about the same.

I'm working on my 1966... I've done quite a bit to it so far but right now i'm sanding off all my paint fixing my body damage here and there and should be repainting it in a month or 2.

I've got some routine maintenance to do on my 66. Need to change the ps belt and seal the oil drain plug. For some reason, perhaps a previous owner drilled the hole larger, I leak oil through the around the plug. Not a big deal since it's only a drop or two every so often, but it means I can't park in driveways. Need to replace my center dashboard speaker and my left headlight.
I'll be building a new motor for it starting in a month or two.

I love having rust in the 2 spots they don't make a patch pannels (considering they make every other piece in the world for these cars)  N' that's my only rust I have. |
