CO & WA Ballot Measures
But what about Colorado and Washington legalizing Marijuana?
As of right now the ballot measures which passed in CO and WA DO NOT CHANGE PbNation policies IN ANY WAY. If you are a poster from one of those states you must follow the same rules about Marijuana discussion as everyone else. If you would like to discuss this please take it to TTMA.

Marijuana is legal in Colarado and Washington now. Is it still prohibited to talk about it?

It isn't alcohol, or tabacco, or an illegal substance in those states.

That's a little unfair and overreaching when multiple states had initiatives on the ballot. If we really can't then ill live, but I just wanted to point out how unreasonable it is to completely forbid speaking about it

Nowhere does it say we can't talk about weed. It says we can't promote the use of illegal substances.
Marijuana is a now not a controlled substance in Colorado and Washington, and in other states you can obtain it and use it with prescription legally.

Damnit... I missed the subforum specific rules.

9) This subforum is NOT the appropriate place to discuss the legalization or usage of illegal substances (including, but not limited to marijuana)- threads that do such will be deleted and the OP may receive a warning/infraction.

It is legal for posters in Colorado and Washington. You are neither, so stop posting about it.

Take it up in TTMA, this is not the appropriate place to do so.

Wrong, please read the Rules as well as the Forum Rules again. That does not matter on PbNation, you may not discuss it.
