Yes.
Additionally registration ends today at 5pm! So make sure to sign your team up ASAP, we are currently about halfway to having 10 teams in each division and giving away the full prize package(s).

Will there be fields open for people who just want to play speedball on Sunday without entering the tournament?

So as of 5pm we had 6 teams sign-up for the Open Division and 9 teams sign-up for the Beginner Division. With that said I talked with the folks at Pev’s and we’ve decided to extend the registration until tomorrow at 12pm, in an effort to fill both divisions. So if your team was on the fence, you still have a chance to sign-up. If you’d like to sign-up please call the Pev’s Proshop at 1-703-327-7640.

Sorry, but I normally I do not release the layout for these events. I do however make it avaliable the day before for people to walk if they are willing to make the trip out to Pev's a day early. I will however post the team list(s) up tomorrow after I get them, but it probably won't be until around 4-5pm.

Not neccessarily and it's not the team but players that are sometimes told they have to move up. Additonally things next year maybe different, as I am hoping to implement the use off APPA and its official rankings data and that will decide who can play what division.

If we make the switch to APPA it would. Regardless of what event you play under the APPA system you earn points and those points are what move you up in the rankings. Playing local, regional, or national all get you points and all cause you to move up. Even in an open division you still earn points that effect your overall ranking.
