could it be done "macroless" ?

So I haven't owned a DM3 since i was 15 or 16 back in 2005 and I'm just looking for some info here. After a half bottle of JD and some deep thinking I was just wondering could it be done? So just thinking out loud here, I wanted to try...

A. pneumag type set up. Tap into a cp asa run the macro through the frame down the "B" tube to the reg. Not sure about the to and fro from the reg? (this would be done with a t board and possibly a different battery source as well as custom VA)

B. rape a luxe of its VA, Reg, frame, and asa. only worked though about 3/4 of this one so if it's the better option than option A I will share the rest later.

any input, info, or words of advice would be greatly appreciated

It would require some work, but I don't see why not.

I've run that idea through my head a couple of times actually. Including building a smaller dm3 body with the battery in the gripframe and the solenoid mounted sideways. Went as far as doing some drawings, but lost steam since I don't have any skills in the required computer programs.

You would need to custom fabricate the body and frame, unless you want a mess of hidden hoses or no eyes....

Ummmmmmm, rape a luxe? Why not something cheaper than a luxe with Air Integration*****. p.s Macro-less sounds ****ing retarded.

You would be better off making it pneumatic.

It's possible, but it would require A LOT of work. Running air from asa through the frame is easy. Getting that air from the back to front will be more difficult, you would probably need to use a different solenoid and machine a different manifold setup. And the most difficult part is getting air from top of the reg, down through it and back up the top, if you plan on using the stock style regulator setup.

You may have better luck using an Axe/Mini type setup, use a relay reg to mount on the frame, run air from it through the frame and to the front of the gun, then just use a dead foregrip where the reg would normally be. Luckily the matrix has the battery chamber in the body and large frame, so you should be able to fit air transfer tubes and a board of some sort in the frame together.

Well LPR wouldn't be tooo bad, well if they didn't drill into the dead air chamber.
