Tacamo Paintball Arc Loader

So I entered my first tournament that takes place next week. I just got the rules list and number 4 is gravity fed hoppers only for half of the rounds. I gave away my old gravity fed hopper a couple of months ago so I have to buy one.

Anyone ever try the Tacamo Paintball Arc Loader?

Is it faster than the standard 200 ball hopper with a single feed tube?

This a serious question?

By the way, see if you can get around the rules by attaching a Quantum spinner to your marker and putting a hole in your hopper. Its still a gravity fed hopper, the agitator is part of the gun.

Yes, serious question. Why would I bother to post if I knew the answer?

Won't the agitator not be needed as there is a single feed into the marker?

If you need to get a gravity hopper and are worried about speed, check out the Proto Primo. Supposedly it will do the best in that regard.

I think the Arc is supposed to be like the Proto Primo, where it basically maximizes natural movement in the loader to keep balls flowing. I dont have experience with the Arc, but I can tell you the Primo is awesome. Plus I bet the Primo is lighter, has a better profile, and is probably more easily modified for a speedfeed.

OLD FEEDBACK!

Why do people do this wanna-be hk thing? I mean hk people dont even play paintball, they just whine and start drama while wearing the ugliest stuff. Seriously you find light blue and pink to be attractive colors for your parents 1500 dollar investment (your gun/marker)? If you want to whine keep it off the field and save it for the internet; O wait! THATS EXACTLY WHAT YOU DO! Haha, if you don't play then don't whine.

I want your G6r parts and upgrades, sell them to me, because you wont get anything for them if you sell/trade them with the gun.

Tacamo Arc would be lighter. Different shell material. As far as grav-feds go, the Primo isn't light.

BUT the Primo looks nicer at any rate. As cfl mike stated, the Arc and Primo follow the same principle - inner "shelf" located above the neck hole that relieves pressure on the grouping of paintballs that are ready to drop, decreasing the traffic jams that typically require a little shake or rattle to clear up.

Primo uses lids similar to Rotors, so while current speedfeeds won't fit, Virtue used to make a lid adaptor that you could use Universal Crowns or Exalts with.

Yeah, the Primo and Rotor use the exact same lid, the problem for the Primo is there's no detachable top plate to put the normal rotor feedgate underneath.
