Been deployed twice, both OIF and OEF. When I was in Iraq I didnt live on a COP. I leaved out of my LAV for five ****ing months in the summer. Did I want a px or a green bean? No, I just wanted a real shower and a porcelain ****ter. While in Afghanistan, going to the COP was our "R&R" time with perimeter patrols and post. No showers on the COP, electricity was so unreliable that it was deemed non-existent minus the COC. The rest of the time was spent of PB/TCP's with no elecricity, no roof and being in the middle of the population. All during the winter where we had no heat source other then a fire we could have until 1900. When our command decided that it would benifet moral if they authorized a convoy for one squad a month until all squads had rotated through for a real shower and a nights sleep in a heated tent at a COP in a different AO.
Coming in here and spouting that bull**** to us is just confirming who the real war fighters are. Your wanting to get a paintball field in ****ING AFGHANISTAN so you can play when you dont have to wear gear (if you have too). Hell, cant say for sure about the other guys but when we are not wearing our gear, we hope that we dont take IDF or get called for REAC.

I had to fly to clear funds every month this last deployment. I never thought it would be a good idea to play paintball on Sharana. All I did was sit in our sweet *** mini camp near the main ECP, jack my dick to sick *** porno on an SDN lite network, eat ridiculous amounts of food, and make the most out of my pakistani pharmaceuticals in the gym. We had a soccer pitch made out of asphalt for our swat kandak. At not point in time did anyone ever think, "hey, lets put clothes on other than ranger panties and crocs during the day time while we're not out chopping TB's and run around pretending to shoot each other."

You obviously are a TOC *****, tower *****, **** pit *****, trash *****, dog/monkey/other vermin killing *****, digging a well with an e-tool *****, [broad spectrum not killing **** *****], etc. Adrenaline, paranoia, and aggression non-stop is not rewarded by playing ****ing paintball.
