Ok, so I've got my Ripper 2 here, and I am actually getting things moving on this, so I figured I'd make a project thread for it
The gun's name is Burt Reynolds because of my little brother When I first moved back to Texas, he had zero knowledge of paintball other than they sell some 1337z0rz Spyders at Academy. So when I was walking him through my gear, we were watching Cheech and Chong: Still Smokin', and he forgot the name Bob Long, and he said, "man, your gun, what's it called? Burt Reynolds?" and since then, we have just gone with it.
So on to the gun! It is almost all aftermarket except where not using a stock part would be absolutely retarded (i.e. ram sleeve, front block, and technically bolt, but I got mine for a steal, so I'll try it and if I don't like it, I always have my stock bolt)
What I already have in the gun is:
Lurker Eigenram
Violent Gen 3 venturi bolt (end shaved down to save weight)
Kila magnetic detents/eye covers
CP Sling trigger
CCM no pro clamping feedneck
Dye boomstick barrel back and ultralite front
Hybrid adjustable ram cap
Hybrid verdikt LPR cap, spring, piston, and coin
AKA SCMIII internals
CP HPR (I had an all black one, and I bought a chrome one off of here to steal the top cap to have a custom looking HPR)
Bob Long gear drive ASA
got some used Crankwalk eyes off of Armory Paintball
CP sling trigger
High flow barbs and hose
Alias trigger guard
stock noid and 127.4T board
90 degree high flow barbs
Critical trigger (getting anno'd gloss red)
Coming soon:
Kila color screw kit (gloss red)
And at some point I want to buy a Tadao Yak board and some Stinger PB grips. SOMEONE GET ME SOME RIPPER JEWELS
As for anno, I think I am going to leave the main color gloss black, and I'm going to change the ram sleeve, LPR cap, black part of the HPR, and eye covers to gloss red; the barrel tip will be turned gloss black (its dust right now) and the base of the LPR will be gloss silver. Of course I'm open to suggestion

I realize its a bit tl;dr, but its at the beginning
Just an update, got a warning from Incubus over on IOG about possible performance issues from the long volumizer, and I'll be removing my baby and using it as bling for something... maybe I'll use it on a future 2k2 project
Don't hate on Burt! At least my timmy's name isn't Willie Nelson... I hate that movie
Any because an SCMIII is $50 plus shipping, and the internals are $20 shipped, PLUS, I get to use timmy LPR externals instead of the fugly SCMIII externals
FFFUUUUUUUUUUU, Critical just called, they're out of gloss red triggers I had to settle for a black one, but I guess I'll just get it re-anno'd when I get everything else done
I've got all the performance upgrades I wanted in the gun as of today! I installed the SCMIII internals nice and easy, the hybrid LPR piston and cap kit fits right on top of that; the 90* barbs definitely cut down on hose length and really just clean up the inside, one of my personal favorite modifications to the stock design btw, it just makes total sense; the Critical trigger is magical; the eigenram is definitely an upgrade, and I have yet to test the VP venturi bolt, but it looks solid
Major update, I've fixed everything that could possibly be wrong, the ripper is exactly where I want it to be, except for the board and looks, but hey, it works!!!!!!!!!!

I've tried finding an alias volly, but the short ones are hard to come by. I've got a long volumiser for a 2k2 though, but I heard from the incubus that it will cause inconsistencies in my LPR recharge, so I ditched it
