Luxe 1.5 vs EGO11 vs GEO 2.1
I currently have a Geo 2.1 , i traded my ego 9 for, for some reason i always think that the geo is inaccurate , even though i have the boost kit , and a cp kit. I always come back to the reason that egos are more accurate ?
Now efficiency isnt a problem. But what gun should i get a luxe or a ego 11 ?
Egos scare me because resale is dropping tons.

I'm a luxe owner I'm biased.
Now that that's out of the way, I like the ego11 its not bad if you need to shoot 12+ pods a game. Short of that there is really no reason to own one over the Luxe. Luxe is smoother and more ergonomic.
Before the people come in talking about reliability, we are talking about very expensive high end markers. If you can't properly clean and maintain your marker you don't deserve it.

Well functionally they are the same. The 1.0 functions just as well as the newer 2.0. The 1.5 eye cover screws help keep up with them but mine have never came off in game. If you end up wanting to upgrade to a 2.0 power core its only $100 .
Also resale value is way better on a luxe than pretty much any marker ever and if u wanna talk about customer service darryl Trent is very active and loves to help owners.

Unless you are a gun whore there is no reason to be scared of the Ego. Even though the dont drop in price that bad.
They are solid markers. Rarely ever give any problems. And although you aren't to concerned about efficiency it a lot better in that department than the Luxe. The Luxe is going to feel smoother though and be quieter. So if you're big on sound and feel the Luxe may be the marker for you. For me it's Ego all the way.

Of those 3 I'd definitely go with the ego11. It is a great gun and is very comfortable and will be the most efficient and probably the most reliable of the 3.

I don't understand the efficiency argument. 9 pods and a hopper is plenty unless you play nothing but woods ball or have no fill station for 10miles. Reliability is relative. If you're too much of an idiot to take care of your marker by cleaning and lubing every 5 cases then I'm sorry you don't deserve it.
Unless you just LOVE poppits the sacrifice in shot quality is not worth getting 3 more pods a game. Luxes have been used to win 2 PSP events recently. Haven't seen any issues in reliability from the people beating on guns harder than we ever will. You don't purchase a Ferrari and blame the car when you blow it up from not changing the oil.

Since when has the Luxe been getting 9 pods and a hopper???
And any marker will be reliable if maintained properly and often enough. The thing is which requires more maintenance? Just because you may be able to do it doesn't mean you should want too. Least maintenance with the high reliability will always be preferred.
