if you're looking for "brand new" you're in the wrong place bud. but i did just check and there's no tool marks in the hole of the bolt guide , i got it recently from a friend and only needed the bolt itself and took this off of it so i can't guarantee it's never had an allen in it, i can say it's in great condition. and yes i still have the mini drop also. pm me if want them
